Jared's Bio

Jared James

Jared James has become one of the most followed people in real estate today on places like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube because of his no non-sense advice, motivation and real world sales tips and videos. He’s an in-demand speaker, entrepreneur and author of the book “Get out of YOUR way!”

His company, Jared James Enterprises, has become one of the most effective coaching companies around, helping thousands of students learn how to create more predictable real estate businesses.

In his previous career as a REALTOR®, Jared built one of the largest and fastest growing teams in the USA, earning him a spot in Realtor Magazine’s elusive 30 under 30 edition.

To get his message out, Jared speaks all over North America to tens of thousands of professionals every year and was even named recently as one of the 25 most influential people in the real estate industry today.

While most people create a narrative or story that blames so many others for why they aren't exactly where they want to be, Jared believes that the majority of most people's issues and stumbling blocks are created and reinforced by the same person that can be found by simply looking in the mirror and saying, "IT'S ME!"

Jared James believes that when people have a better understanding of themselves, their behavior and how to manage themselves according to the way that their body was created to function, they have a much better shot at getting what they really want.

In this informative presentation, Get Out of Your Way!, Jared breaks down the other side of business, the business of YOU. He shares concepts, psychological truths and actionable steps designed to help attendees gain the ultimate advantage in life and business by learning how to finally leverage themselves as their greatest asset and no longer their own worst enemy. The audience will laugh and leave motivated to create their personal "business" plan for getting ahead.

Simple Strategies to Help You Generate More Leads
Every year real estate agents and brokers continue to spend tens of millions of dollars to secure leads from the major real estate portals. But a recent study from the National Association of REALTORS® showed that an agent’s best lead is from their own sphere of influence.

If you’re a real estate professional, then you want to generate quality leads and convert those into sales. The best way to do that is through a strategic combination of online marketing and social media.
