Information We May Ask of You

We value your time and want to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Before calling us, please be prepared to provide the following information to the Customer Care Representative assisting you:
           

Your Agent ID number (the last 6-digits of your real estate license number). We log and track all calls that come into our support center for better serving our customers. 

    1) Information About Your PC, such as: manufacturer and speed of modem (i.e. U.S. Robotics, 56K), speed of processor (i.e. 2.80 GHz), name of the browser used and the version, type of connection (cable, dsl, phoneline, amount of RAM (Random Access Memory - i.e. 256 MB), printer model (i.e. HP Business Inkjet 1200d), size of hard drive (i.e. 40 GB), operating system (i.e. Windows XP), and any additional hardware used such as the name of a router manufacturer.
    2) The issue you're experiencing: a detailed explanation of the problem (i.e. the exact error message that you encountered and the steps you followed before the error occurred) can help us to diagnose the issue properly and resolve it as quickly as possible.
