More Remine Add-Edit Fixes Installed on 9-28-22

The below fixes were deployed on Realcomp’s Add-Edit program on 9-28-22 and have been confirmed to be working correctly:

Copy Function Corrections:
• When copying a listing, Rooms (on lease listings) and Green Fields are now copying over correctly.
• When copying photos on a listing, the copied photos now appear correctly matching their originals exactly.

List Corrections:
• The School Districts dropdown list was missing several districts from it, including Eastpointe. This list has been updated to include all Michigan districts.
• The City list has been re-alphabetized so all appear in the correct order.

Field Corrections:
• Square Feet and Acres now appear as required fields on new Commercial listings (on for Sale and for Lease).
• When users select both Detached and Attached under Garage and Parking, they will be prompted to choose a Second Garage in the Other Structures/Out Buildings field.
• When users select Transaction Coordinator as the transaction type, the system will display a message that says the Transaction Coordinator Compensation field is required (and vice versa). Additionally, the dot on the Financials page will appear as red until the field the appropriate fields have been addressed.
• The Closed Date error message text has been updated to show the entry format for the field as MM/DD/YYYY.
• Users can now swap the List/Co-List and Buy/Co-Buy Agents without having to exit the listing and go back in.
 Tip: If the co-list agent needs to be switched to the list agent, clear out the co-list agent field so it's empty and then add that person as the list agent.
• The Green Verification page no longer deletes Verification cards when a verification year of 1980 or earlier is entered.

Vendor Loaded Virtual Tour Links Now Appearing:
• Virtual Tour links uploaded by 3rd party vendors are now appearing on the Add/Edit Virtual Tour page. An agent desiring to remove the tour can now do it from this page.

History Corrections:
• Price changes on Incomplete/Partial Save listings no longer appear in history on RCO3®.
