07/18/2012: “Just a quick thank you for the new electronic signature program [AuthentisignTM] you just introduced ... Late Saturday evening, I received a call from a client who is transferring back here from China … He was here for a few days and we looked at houses … He called to ask if we could write an offer on one of the houses we saw. I told him sure that I would prepare the papers, email them to him and he could print them, sign them, and scan and email them back to me. He said not to forget that he was in a rather remote area of China and it would be pretty impossible for him to get those papers back to me.
About 3:30 in the morning, I remembered the new electronic signature program. Sunday morning I prepared the papers, even added the disclosures, used the electronic program, and emailed them to him.
