• Important Reminder on Using and Deleting your CMA Reports: Before you delete a CMA Report from RCO3^®, make sure to save a copy of your report to your device for future access. Once you have deleted a CMA from RCO3^®, emails you have sent to clients that linked to that report can no longer be opened.

• Office Forms:  Please be aware that when you change offices and transfer from one to another, it can take up to 24-hours before you will be able to view and utilize office forms for your new office.

• ShowingTime Appointment Scheduling for Ann Arbor Listings: A fix has been put in place to correct the issue of Ann Arbor listings not displaying in Realcomp with the ShowingTime scheduling icon/option enabled. Although this issue has been corrected, not all Ann Arbor listings will display with the ShowingTime scheduling activated. This is because ShowingTime is an optional chargeable service for Ann Arbor MLS participants (unlike being a standard core service through Realcomp) -- not all of their members have purchased the ShowingTime service.
