Down Payment Resource (DPR) Coming to IDX/VOW feeds and MoveInMichigan

We have an exciting update regarding the expansion of one of our newest offerings, Down Payment Resource (DPR)! Consumers will soon see the DPR logos/links on listings being promoted from the MoveInMichigan.com website. This will inform them of down payment assistance eligibility of listings on the site and allow them to check their own eligibility for these programs based on their specific information.

The DPR logos/links will also be added to Realcomp’s IDX/VOW data feed service in the near future for Realcomp Brokers. This will enable them to provide the DPR service from their company websites to assist visiting consumers with down payment help.

The DPR program enables consumers to see both listing eligibility and their own eligibility for down payment assistance and provides them with “next steps” for learning more about the different programs.

The DPR organization has determined that hundreds of millions of dollars are available for home buyers. Based on their review of Realcomp’s listing database, they have identified that 71% of our listings are eligible for one or more programs.
