When Realcomp REALTORS® call Realcomp, you are greeted by dedicated support representatives who work out of our office in Farmington Hills. Each team member has experience with the many facets of real estate and is capable of troubleshooting issues and assisting you with Realcomp’s varied products and services.

Realcomp's Customer Care Support Staff is available to assist you seven (7) days/week*. We can be reached by phone, email, and/or chat and are available to help with your MLS and/or product-related questions.

To reach our Customer Care Department by phone, call 866-553-3430‪ ‬and press "2".‬‬‬‬‬ To reach us via email, click here. To speak with us through our Chat option, login into RCO3® and choose the "Chat/Feedback" option which appears in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Our promised turnaround time for responding to requests via email is two (2) business days or less.‬‬‬‬

Realcomp's Customer Care Support Hours are as follows:

  • Monday - Friday: 8am - 9pm
  • Saturday: 8am - 7pm
  • Sunday: 11am - 6pm

  • Chat Support is available Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
