“Garage Spaces” Added to RCO3®/Matrix Displays

Starting today, the numeric data for "Garage Spaces" (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.) will be featured in the Residential and Multi-Family Full Large report series within RCO3®/Matrix, whenever available for listings. This field, which indicates the total number of vehicles that can be accommodated in the property's garage(s), is sourced from some of our MLS data sharing partners. While it is already shown in our Paragon system reports, it is now being incorporated into our RCO3®/Matrix displays. When the Garage Spaces data is available for a listing, it will be shown as: “Tot Gar Spaces: n”.

The fields for Garage Size (such as 1 car, 2 car, 3 car, etc.) and Parking Spaces will remain visible in the reports provided that this information has been submitted.
