Room Dimensions Are Important!

Before filling out a listing profile form or submitting that data to Realcomp, please be sure to take a few extra minutes when at a property you are listing in order to measure each room. This information is very helpful, not only to potential buyers, but also to other agents and appraisers. Buyers often have furniture they will be moving into their new home. Having the correct room dimensions is important in their assessment of potential homes. If the rooms are not large enough to accommodate their needs, it may be better that they recognize this during the listing screening process rather than afterwards.
