Realcomp is pleased to make the following new products available to Realcomp Subscribers:
1) Login Dashboard – The new Dashboard (pictured above) is designed to make it even easier for Realcomp Subscribers to utilize everything that Realcomp has to offer. The Dashboard makes it simple and easy to read messages and announcements from Realcomp, select the application you wish to use, and access our data sharing partners. Everything on one screen and available at the click of your mouse!
Additionally, in the future, Realcomp will be able to offer customization services for the Dashboard that are unique to brokerages for their companies and/or offices. This option should be particularly useful to Brokers who want to place "all of the technologies" they make available to agents through one easy to access and often referenced interface. As more information on this feature becomes available, we will be sure to let broker owners, designated REALTORS®, and managers know the details.
2) New Products by W&R Studios for Realcomp REALTORS®:
- Cloud CMA – Finally! A CMA report that is both easy to create and professional looking. Cloud CMA makes it easy to show up at your next client meeting with an amazing CMA Report and a show stopping first impression.
- Cloud Streams is a professional and state-of-the art way to communicate with your clients via e-mail and/or text message. Your client can set up their own search criteria, or you can use the Valet option to set it up for them. Client MLS Listing alerts can be set up to be sent: Real-Time, Daily or Weekly. Cloud Streams provides Listing alerts for your clients that look professional no matter what type of device (i.e. laptop, phone, tablet, etc.) they are using!
3) Mortgage Calculator - You now have access to a brand new Mortgage Calculator widget, which offers both standard and balloon payment options! Realcomp's IT Department developed this widget in-house based on Realcomp customer requests. The widget is available for easy access from multiple locations: the new Login Dashboard, the homepage of RCO3®, the list price on listings, the mortgage calculator icon on property reports, and the URL of https://realcomp.moveinmichigan.com/mortgage-calculator.
