Option #1 Cloud Streams is one of these unique tools and is the newest of these product offerings. Cloud Streams’ “real-time” listing alerts are lightning fast! When a listing hits the market (is entered into RCO3®) and matches your client’s criteria, you both are notified of this by text or email immediately. Cloud Streams also provides your clients with the ability to create and/or change their search criteria.

Be sure to choose “Self-Serve” when setting up a stream for your client. Your client will then receive an email and be walked through the steps for setting up their own search.

Option #2 RCO3® Auto Emails – The third option is the Auto Email tool, which is a part of the RCO3® MLS system. This enables you to set up automated listing alerts that are emailed to your clients whenever market activity on the MLS system matches the search criteria you have stored for them! Your client also has the ability to setup and perform additional searches (of their own accord) through the Auto Email “Client Portal”. If you have never set up an Auto Email, start by performing a search on RCO3®. On the report screen below the results, choose “Save” and then “New Auto Email” to get started.
