We are excited to announce IntraMatrix, a nationwide Data Sharing service for Realcomp Subscribers, brought to you by Realcomp II Ltd and our Board of Governors.

IntraMatrix, from Realcomp’s RCO3®/Matrix system vendor CoreLogic, will allow Realcomp Subscribers to access the Matrix systems of other MLSs as we form data sharing agreements.

Realcomp has already reached an agreement with FMLS, the first and largest MLS in the state of Georgia with more than 57,000 members. Realcomp will be reaching out to Matrix system accounts across the U.S. in the coming weeks.

This will bring the opportunity for Subscribers to view and share listing data with their clients for expanded reach across state lines and the North American market.

It will also mean new referral opportunities and additional listing exposure to benefit both buyer and seller clients. Realcomp is the only MLS in Michigan that offers the Matrix system to its Subscribers.

According to a spokesperson at CoreLogic, the technology to share MLS data across the Matrix platform has existed for more than a decade, primarily in Canada. However, U.S.-based MLSs have begun expressing more interest in bringing the service to their markets over the last few years.
