ShowingTimeTM for the MLS - formerly named ShowingAssist - an MLS system add-on tool that Realcomp provides to its MLS Subscribers that helps real estate professionals schedule showings online in order to save them from unnecessary phone calls and busy work. ShowingTime for the MLS saves time, requires fewer phone calls, generates more showings, helps agents provide better client service, better accountability and better security … all leading to a more efficient home sale.
ShowingTimeTM for the MLS features include:
- Interactive calendar shows “open hours” to help the showing agent know when the listing is available to show.
- Showing agents can request either specific showing times or a window of time when they want to show a listing.
- ShowingTime for the MLS remembers confirmation preferences of the showing agent for rapid-entry of showing requests.
