How and When to Use Construction Features

In keeping with Realcomp’s commitment to provide superior data quality, you’ll want to make sure you’re utilizing the Construction Features appropriately.
  


Here is a quick review of the available descriptions and the circumstances under which each one should be used:

1)  Const. Start Upon Sale: Use when construction of the property being sold will start upon completion of the sale.
2)  Model for Sale: Use when listing a model home for sale. 
3)  Model Not for Sale: Use this description when also using photos of a model home as your example. Photo captions must clearly state the photos are of a model home being used for sample purposes.
4)  New Construction: Use when listing a newly constructed home that has just been built.
5)  Permit Ready: Use when a permit to build has already been obtained.
6)  Platted Sub.: Use when the land has been platted (boundaries, easements, flood zones, roadway, and access rights of way have been documented with the appropriate authorities).
7)  Quick Delivery Home: Use when the building of the home has already started and can be completed in a matter of weeks or months.
8)  Site Condo: Use when property is being or has been constructed under a master deed and a set of bylaws which define ownership details regarding the property (as opposed to being platted).
