Have you accessed Public Records from the new RCO3® system yet? Your options for accessing millions of Michigan property records, demographic data, and more have NEVER been so rich! Try out these various products, all integrated into RCO3®, for different types of property data & reports: P-R-D, Realist Tax, Realist Mobile, the MLS Data Co-op, & RPR. 

The Public Record Data (PRD) and Realist (version 1.10) programs that are integrated with RCO3® are brand new programs. They replace their counterparts that are integrated with Realcomp Online®. Our recommendation to you is that you begin using these newer modules now so they are 'familiar friends' as you learn the rest of the system!
