How to Successfully Multi-Task in RCO3

We understand MLS Subscribers are busy and need to be able to multi-task in RCO3. Instinct may tell you to open another browser tab or an entirely different browser to accomplish this. However, both of these actions will result in error messages.

To successfully duplicate your current RCO3 session in a subsequent tab and run simultaneous sessions, follow the steps outlined below:

From Internet Explorer or Chrome:
1.   From the active RCO3 tab, right click on the tab.
2.   Left click on duplicate tab.
3.   This will create a second RCO3 tab without requesting another session cookie and preventing the above timeout error.

From Firefox:
1.   From the active RCO3 tab, hold down CTRL and drag the active RCO3 tab to a new Firefox tab.
2.   This will create a duplicate RCO3 tab in Firefox without requesting another session cookie. Thus preventing the timeout URL error to occur prematurely.
3.   If you hold down CTRL and drag the tab out (away from another tab) this will open a new window.
