'% Tiled' along with '% Tillable', '% Wooded' and 'Soil Type' are all fields that were added to Realcomp’s MLS database at the request of our Lapeer and Upper Thumb Association of REALTORS^® upon their initial entry as a Shareholder of Realcomp.

'% Tiled' refers to tile drainage, an agricultural practice that removes excess water from the soil subsurface. This is essentially the opposite of irrigation, in that tile drainage brings soil moisture levels down for optimal crop growth.
