Legal Assessment Fee |
We are pleased to report that the final payment on the class action lawsuit has been made! This means that the MLS fees will return to their pre-lawsuit amount of $117.00 per quarter as promised, beginning with the June 1st quarterly billing.
Throughout the year, the Board charged the Staff at Realcomp with implementing cost cutting measures in an attempt to reduce the burden of the settlement expense on our subscribers. Several measures were implemented and, as a result, we were able to eliminate one full payment.
