Are Conditionally Withdrawn Listings Up for Grabs?
This status may be somewhat confusing. However, the "Conditionally Withdrawn" status indicates the property is still UNDER CONTRACT with the listing agent/listing broker, but is no longer being actively marketed. So, the listing is NOT "up for grabs". According to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, REALTORS® should not solicit homeowners of properties that are already under contract with other REALTORS®.
