Windows 10 Compatibility Q & A


Q:  I am considering upgrading to the new Windows update version 10.  Is this compatible with RCO3®?

A:  Yes, Windows 10 is compatible with RCO3®. However, the new Edge browser is currently not working effectively with Windows 10 and RCO3®. To avoid these issues (until they are resolved), use Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome for your browser choice.



Q:  How can I tell if I'm using the Edge browser?

A:  Both icons are a "Blue E", however they are not identical. Please see the Edge and Internet Explorer icons below.
