We were told by a LionDesk representative that 80 or so Realcomp REALTORS® clicked the icon and accessed the program without any prompting from Realcomp. If you were among this group of users, we say WAY TO GO and GOOD FOR YOU on already getting started with this huge Realcomp subscriber benefit! You didn’t wait for the official announcement and that is quite alright!

Once you have logged into the program from the Realcomp dashboard, you’re likely to be greeted by an online chat representative who asks if you have any questions. Additionally, LionDesk has a Help Center that’s loaded with overview, demonstration, and how to guide videos. That’s a great place to start in learning more about this powerful CRM program.
