SentriLock Enhances Website to Allow for Homeowner Notifications!

You asked for this enhancement and now you have it! SentriLock has added the ability for Listing Agents/Listing Brokers to automatically notify their clients of the Beginning and End of Showing Appointments via SMS (text) messages on their properties.

SentriLock has made this feature very easy to setup. Simply pull up the property through the Sentrilock website and add your seller’s contact information (up to 2 people) under the Notifications section.

What triggers and end of showing notification to be sent?

  • The Showing Agent has moved outside of a 1/2 mile radius of the property (also known as geo-fencing). In order for this to work properly, the Showing Agent must have their Location services/setting turned "On".
  • The Showing Agent accesses any other key compartment after the initial access of the Listing Agent’s lockbox.
  • 90 minutes have elapsed since the showing began and the showing was not ended by one of the triggers listed above.

Please see the new tip sheet for instructions and screen shot examples.
