A new Stopwatch icon has been added to the SentriKey App (as of 2/25/20).

When clicked, the icon will allow you as the showing agent to quickly and easily communicate the end of a showing appointment to the listing agent and the homeowner (as long as the homeowner has been setup to receive these notifications).

A similar feature already exists in the ShowingTime app, allowing the showing agent to communicate this important information to the necessary parties.

Realcomp recommends that all showing agents take advantage of either one of these app functions (whichever one you prefer) to send the proper notifications out. Ultimately, this will enable the homeowner to return to their property quicker following the receipt of the message. Thank you!

Important Note: This upgrade is a part of version 4.1.0, which can be viewed on your device under My Settings > Application Information. If you have your app/phone setup to automatically update, you should already be seeing the new Stopwatch icon when you open the app to show a property. A mandatory upgrade to the new version will be required as of Tuesday, March 3, 2020. If your app hasn't already been updated, you will want to do this on or before March 3rd. Please be sure to take this action before going out on any showing appointments.
