Now that NAR’s Clear Cooperation Policy 8.0 is in full swing and Coming Soon listings are an option in Realcomp (launched last month), when your new client isn’t quite yet ready for showings, you may now start the listing in Realcomp under the new Coming Soon status. Here are the steps you should take:
- Load the listing into RCO3 as “Coming Soon’. Enter all required fields and upload all photos and necessary listing documents. View our “how to video” here.
- Automatically distribute your Coming Soon listing to the top real estate search portals through Realcomp. Through our Broker syndication services, Realcomp syndicates listings to: Homes.com, Homesnap.com, Realtor.com, Trulia.com, and Zillow.com, as well as MoveInMichigan.com and our IDX participating brokerage websites.
Entering your Coming Soon listing into Realcomp first allows you to skip repetitive data entry work into multiple real estate websites and eliminate potential missteps and MLS fines for not following Realcomp’s new Coming Soon MLS rules.
