Someone’s Knocking at the Door … Do Me a Favor … “Let ‘em In”: Be Sure to Grant Non-Realcomp REALTORS® Access to ELB-Secured Listings!

On the Listing Agent/Listing Office side of life, we have another song reference to help remind MLS Subscribers who approve showings for non-Realcomp REALTORS® that you do need to, in the famous words of Paul McCartney, “Let ‘em In”.

Unless your broker has authorized SentriLock & ShowingTime (through a signed online addendum) to automatically generate 1-day codes through the ShowingTime software, someone from your office (you or your broker’s showing management staff) must GRANT the non-Realcomp REALTOR® access to the lockbox via SentriConnect® (the app for non-Realcomp REALTORS® and contractors).

Here is a quick video on how you as the listing agent can grant this access through your SentriKey® app:

Note: Realcomp REALTORS® already have the SentriKey® app for accessing the electronic lockboxes. So, they don’t need SentriConnect®.
