The Remine Team has listened to valuable feedback and recently implemented updates to the Remine Pro Application.
→ Need to analyze home data in a specific neighborhood?
→ Interested in seeing market trends of listings and closings?
You can do these things and more, take a look at the following updates now available on Remine’s Advanced Search:
New Toggle Features for “Listing” and “Property Data”: Users can now pick their path by choosing either tab depending on the type of data (MLS listing data or public record data) they want to search. Remine Pro defaults to Listing data. But users can toggle between the two as they wish. When an agent chooses to search by Property Data, the look and feel of the search experience remains the same as the previous Remine search.
Updated Listing Search Property Cards: When selecting a property on the map or queuing a property using the Search Bar in the Listing view, you will see multiple cards for properties with multiple listing records. This allows agents to quickly review the listing history of the property all in one place.
Other Features: Other notable features that have been added during this update include reorganized and updated filters, auto complete tools, and additional operators to help fine tune the search process.
Lastly, with the new modifications, Remine can now more easily add new search filters specific to each database in the days ahead. Watch for announcements to be shared about this in the future.
