Introducing the Next Generation of Listing Add/Edit

Realcomp is currenty preparing for the long-awaited release of our new Listing Add/Edit module.

Watch this Sample Video from Remine for a preview of the 5 steps involved in adding a listing through the new Add-Edit module.

As we get closer to our launch of the program, we will begin reminding agents to complete any partial saved listings that you have and upload them to RCO3®. Otherwise, after cutover, the partially saved listing data will need to be re-entered, but through the new Add-Edit module.

On launch day, the old Listing Input program will be fully replaced by the new Add-Edit program, which has a completely different look and feel. To get a preview of the new Add-Edit program, please plan to attend Realcomp’s November Virtual Town Hall meeting, which is scheduled for Thursday, November 11, 2021 (revised from November 4, 2021).

Important Note: As of launch day, the “Submit” button on the online profile forms in TransactionDesk will no longer function due to database enhancements including new data fields and lookup values that are currently in the works. Please be aware of this.
