FastStats, available to Realcomp Subscribers, allows you to review, compare, and analyze real estate-related metrics (i.e. listings, sales, showings, median price, average price, days on market, and more) annually, or over various lengths of time and markets to inform and advise your clients regarding their buying and selling decisions.

FastStats Annual report is a PDF report released annually that conveniently paints a big picture about marketing conditions and brings much-desired certainty into an ever-changing real estate market.

To get started with FastStats, choose the MarketStats icon located on the Realcomp Dashboard.

You will then find the FastStats option at the top of the page.
Choose the Annual Report on the left of this page.
