Remine Docs+ Fixes and Enhancements Installed

On Tuesday, May 23rd, Remine installed a few software fixes and enhancements to the Remine Docs+ platform. We want to bring these improvements to your attention as you may have previously experienced issues related to these aspects of the Docs+ system.

  • RD-3313: Owner-email detection has been added to the “view only” recipient send screen. This is to warn agents NOT to send client documents to themselves. Remine has discovered that some agents have done this in the past as a way of CC’ing themselves. However, this action causes issues to occur down the line with the agent’s access to the same transaction. Agents never need to send themselves what they’ve shared with clients because they … 1) already receive summary email notifications as their customers sign documents (which includes all the documents they’ve sent) and 2) Can always download the necessary documents directly from their transaction folder.
  • RD-3225: Users are now able to reorder their checklist items with a new drag and drop function.
  • RD-3226: When a form is removed/deleted from the Forms Library, it is now also removed from any forms packages it was included in.
  • RD-3275: Error messaging being used in a support tool for fixing corrupted transactions has been improved to … 1) Be clearer, for both users and the Remine support team and 2) Direct agents to contact Remine’s support team regarding those transaction corrections.

  • If you have any questions related to these items, please let us know by reaching out to Realcomp’s Customer Care Department at support@realcomp.com. Thank you.
