The main distinction between the two PRD sources lies in their updating frequency. Often, Realcomp's PRD receives fresh data weeks or even months ahead of the CoreLogic PRD. If you notice outdated tax information in the CoreLogic-sourced PRD, we recommend cross-checking your findings with Realcomp's PRD.
