Vital Update: New Add-Edit, Forms, and E-Signature Platforms Coming to Realcomp for Replacement of Remine Services
You may have recently noticed on various real estate news platforms breaking news of Remine opting for a voluntary bankruptcy process in court, facilitating the sale of the company and its software/assets, either entirely or in segments. Due to this unexpected and challenging development, we are now actively planning to transition to new replacement solutions for the Add-Edit, Docs+ (Forms), and E-signature functions.
· Add-Edit Replacement News: Realcomp is pleased to announce the selection of CoreLogic’s (now rebranded as Cotality) Add-Edit product. This new interface mirrors our existing program, which will help us deliver a smooth cutover to MLS Subscribers. You will find a familiar layout and features, facilitating the entry and editing of your listings. Following this transition, Realcomp intends to enhance this new Add-Edit program with AI capabilities to enable Subscribers to automatically generate Listing Remarks and Photo Captions based on the listing data that has been entered. This AI feature will enable you to craft unique remarks and captions, while still allowing you to apply your creativity and personal writing style to this content. Additionally, the upgrade will integrate MLS-Touch, Realcomp’s MLS app from Cotality, with the new Add-Edit program, empowering users to edit their listings directly through the app. To see a generic video of the Add-Edit product, login to your Realcomp dashboard first and then select this link.
We anticipate launching the Add-Edit platform on Tuesday, April 29th and are eager to provide you with further details about the new interface, our finalized transition schedule, and various ways to acquaint yourself with the program well ahead of its release.
· Docs+ Replacement Update: We are pleased to announce that Realcomp has chosen SkySlope as our new platform for Forms and Digital Signatures. In preparation for this transition, if you have been using Docs+ for these functions, you may want to download your contacts and will need to download your transactions from Docs+ before the new product cutover. You will save these on your computer so you have them for future reference. On 4/4/25, we discovered an issue with signatures missing from some downloaded PDFs. We expect this issue to be resolved very soon. Once it has been, we will ask you (once again) to proceed with downloading your transactions. This will allow you to save them to your computer or preferred storage device (such as an external, thumb, or cloud drive). While we have not yet finalized the cutover date to SkySlope, we anticipate it to become available by the end of April as well.
· Additional Product Update: Additionally, we are pleased to announce the upcoming introduction of a new product (for us), "domii", which will enable MLS subscribers to conduct up to five complimentary criminal background lookups per month on prospective clients. For those requiring additional lookups, domii provides an optional, cost-effective monthly subscription plan.
These innovative platforms are already being effectively used by other brokers, agents, and MLSs across the country. Therefore, we are extremely optimistic about transforming this situation into a positive opportunity for our MLS Subscribers.
Please sign up for one of Realcomp's upcoming April Town Hall webinars for a demonstration of the new software coming to Realcomp in the next few weeks. You'll also have the opportunity to attend in-person training sessions and watch recorded training sessions to learn more about these programs.
We also want to reassure you that our RCO3/Matrix, the system you use in your business every day, is not going away. And the same goes for the Paragon system. These are expected to continue with Realcomp well into the future.
Please stay tuned for further updates on these critical topics as they become available in the coming days.
