Add-Edit Questions and Issues - Open |
1. Newer - When editing the order of photos on a listing, a gray box appears (at the bottom of the screen) and grows larger with each edit made. |
Open - This issue has been reported to Cotality and a new version of the Add-Edit software is expected to correct this. Realcomp is in the process of testing this version - which involves testing a wide range of additional functionality. If this testing goes well (i.e., no other big issues are found), we expect to schedule the software update within the next 2-3 weeks. We'll keep you updated on our progress with this.
In the meantime, after editing or re-ordering a few photos at a time (i.e., selecting, dragging, & dropping), click Save as Incomplete. Then, click Continue Editing and return back to the Photos page to move more images. Repeat as many times as you need to. See next item for additional details.

2. Newer - When editing the order of photos on a listing, when using the 3-dot actions menu (to the right of each photo), the photos are not always moved successfully. |
Open - Here are a few temporary work-arounds you can use until this issue is corrected:
1) Before uploading listing photos, rename them in the order you want them to appear. This way, they will be in the desired order upon uploading.
2) Select the photo(s) you want to move and use the Actions Drop-Down menu (in the upper lefthand portion of the screen) - NOT the 3-dot actions menu to the right of each photo.
3) When using the Move Forward option, this will move the photo to the right of its current position. Move Backward will move the photo to the left of its current position. Move to Top will move the photo to the first photo position. Move to Bottom will move the photo to the last photo position... on the Edit Photos page.

3. Newer - Missing Documents on Listings |
Open - Realcomp documents are now available as supplements being served from Cotality's servers. We've updated our data share partners about this and some are still backfilling documents on Realcomp listings with the new supplement links (instead of the Remine Docs+ links). MiRealSource has informed us they have completed this and Realcomp documents are appearing on Realcomp listings in their system. |

Realcomp’s software rule that prohibits phone numbers in the Public Remarks of a listing is mistakenly looking at any 10+ digit number as a phone number. Publishing an MLS # or Property ID # in public remarks will trigger a warning (that the user can bypass) stating the field has personal information. |
