Just a reminder that Realcomp has replacement batteries available for those using SentriLock lockboxes.

When lockbox batteries are running low, you’ll receive a low-battery message. To avoid access issues in the field, we recommend addressing the warning promptly.

If you receive a low-battery message, please contact Realcomp Customer Care. We can arrange for you to:

  • Pick up replacement batteries, or
  • Have batteries shipped to you at your convenience

Replacement batteries are provided at no charge. The only cost that may apply is shipping, if you choose to have batteries sent to you.
