New Financial Calculator Suite
A new suite of financial calculators is now available in RCO3®, providing tools that cover multiple stages of the real estate process, from affordability and rent-versus-buy analysis to closing-cost estimates and seller net proceeds.
The calculators allow users to enter specific information, including HOA fees, property taxes, insurance and credit score, for more customized results. Financial information can also be broken down into categories such as title charges, government fees and loan costs.
