Another new feature that is now available since the latest release of RCO3® is an IDX Map Search. Realcomp REALTORS® now have the ability to add this to their personal websites.

In selecting the IDX Map Search function from the IDX Configuration screen (shown below), you also have the ability to specify an initial map view and center that view over the map area of your choice. Use this to promote map searches centered over your area of expertise, Metro Detroit, or a larger region of the state – you decide.

You also have the option of adding a new “Sign Up” form (shown above) to the IDX Map Search, which will allow you to collect leads from consumers who use this function on your website.

Once a consumer submits their contact information, you will be notified of this through the new “Contact Requests” module (shown below). This now appears on the homepage of RCO3®.

Simply click the person’s name (from this module) to be prompted further. You’ll have the option of either deleting the request or adding that person to your Contacts database.
