Exterior-Primary Photos are Important! So much so, Realcomp will begin implementing new automatic and reoccurring fines, as of October 1st, for failure to provide an exterior-primary photo for each and every listing (except on Vacant Land properties).

Listings without an exterior-primary photo, after seven (7) days of being published in the MLS, will be fined $25.00 (initially). Then, a reoccurring fine of $50.00 per listing will be assessed every seven (7) days thereafter until an exterior-primary photo has been uploaded. To avoid receiving these fines, always upload an exterior-primary photo to your listing within seven (7) days of submitting it to Realcomp.
