New “Banners” Communicate Listing Activity to Consumers

In keeping with our mission to “deliver great data to empower REALTORS^® to achieve results”, we are pleased to share one of our newest RCO3^® updates with you.

The Client Portal now displays listing activity banners through the “Split (Map with Thumbnail)" display. There, consumers can now see these attention-getting banners display across the primary photo:

The “New Listing” GREEN banner with white text on new listings
The “Back on Market” PINK banner with white text on BOM listings
The “Price Decrease” ORANGE banner with white text on price drop listings
The “Price Increase” BLUE banner with white text on price increase listings

Additionally, if a listing has an open house coming up in the next 14 days, the banner color will match the status change type from above (i.e., GREEN for a new listing or ORANGE for a price decrease) or be BLACK for an active listing, and display white text saying “Open House”.

The new banners are sure to help consumers (and you) keep up with listing activity that could be important to your client’s buying position!
