Realcomp Governors Waive One Month of the Fourth-Quarter MLS User Fees

Realcomp has some wonderful news for MLS subscribers that we’re very pleased to share. Realcomp’s REALTOR^® subscription base has remained strong since our implementation of the Great Lakes Repository (GLR) data sharing initiative, which allows Southeast Michigan REALTORS^® to truly opt for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of their choice.

Because of continued allegiance to Realcomp through the GLR implementation and the difficulty of the past class action law suit, and based on the current financial health of the Realcomp MLS organization, on Friday, the Realcomp Board of Governors voted and approved to waive one month of MLS User fees for the 4th quarter billing period of this year. This equates to a $39.00 savings for each of Realcomp’s 13,300+ MLS subscribers.
