Know the Best Way to Obtain Addresses for a Subdivision Mailing?

To print mailing labels for a subdivision mailing, first do a search in RCO3^® against the Public Record Database (PRD):

1. Login to RCO3^®;
2. Click the PRD tab;
3. Select PRD County Search;
4. Select your county of choice, a subdivision, and then click RESULTS
5. After viewing your search results, select the addresses you wish to us in your mailing and click the PRINT option at the bottom of the page;
6. While viewing the list of printable reports, select one of our six (6) ADDRESS LABEL options to print.

If you wish to export a list of addresses to use with a mailing program or company, after you select the addresses you wish to use in your mailing, click EXPORT (instead of PRINT), and then select the export option of your choice.
