Here are a few ShowingTime FAQs:

Q. What are at the benefits of installing the new ShowingTime mobile app?

A. The benefits are many, however here are a few of the top benefits:
  • Showing agents can very easily review the status of their requested showings.
  • Showing agents can cancel a scheduled showing directly from the app if needed.
  • Showing Agents can receive automatic push notifications on their device alerting them when a showing has been requested and/or confirmed showing. (push notifications may also be disabled)
  • Scheduling a showing can be done quickly and easily through the app. An agent can search for properties or if he’s with clients who want to see properties nearby, the agent can click the Nearby icon to locate available properties (only available if geo location is activated on the app)

Q.  How do I install and "authenticate" the ShowingTime mobile app?

A. The steps below will walk you through the installation and authentication process:

1.  Under My Agent Setup scroll down to Mobile App Access and click Send Authentication Link.
2.  You can only authenticate from the email address saved to your profile. 
3.  Open your email on the device the app is to be installed and click Download the App.
4.  Once the App is downloaded and installed, return to your email and click Login which will then authenticate your device.


Q.  Please tell me what "Enhanced Feedback" is?

A. Enhanced feedback allows you to use custom templates or create your own feedback templates. With these templates, Feedback can be customized to request multiple choice replies or open text responses.

Each office can create an office-wide feedback template which is then able to be shared and used by all office agents.

In addition,  feedback replies are very easy to share with the seller. You have the option to automatically share with your seller or to agent first review feedback and then share with your seller. 


Q. When a price reduction has taken place on a property, how does an agent notify all of the previous showing agents for that property?

A. You will go to ReportsListing Activity Report→select your listing→select Notifications to send a notification to all of the agents who showed the property in the last 180 days.

Note: At the office level, an office can setup Showing Time to automatically send price notifications when their listing has undergone a price change.


Q. What is a benefit of enabling “two-way texts”?

A. Enabling "two-way texting” speeds up a showing request and approval process. Two way texting gives the agent and/or seller a real-time text regarding the showing request.

The recipient can quickly reply by tapping Y to confirm the showing.

Once a showing is confirmed, an automatic text-to-voice call is made to the showing agent to inform that the showing has been confirmed.
