When using Realcomp’s Public Record Database (PRD) to auto-populate data into new listings you are preparing to load into Realcomp, it’s always recommended that you thoroughly review those fields of data before accepting them and saving your listing. Because of occasional lag times in the availability and/or processing of the public record data, the data in our system may not always reflect the most current information available for the property.

We are currently working with our public record data providers to minimize lag times and expedite the processing of this data to keep properties in PRD as up-to-date as possible. However, before accepting auto-pop data, you may need to consult other sources (i.e. county, municipality, seller) to verify the accuracy of this data. This is especially true with the summer and winter tax data fields.
