Realcomp II Ltd. Rules and Regulations Update – MLS ENTRY ONLY

Please note the recent revision to the MLS Entry Only policy listed below:

Section 1.2.4 MLS ENTRY-ONLY: listing where the listing is entered into the MLS system, but NONE of the services mentioned previously are provided by the listing broker. MLS Entry Only listings will be identified by marking the "MLS Entry Only" box on the Profile Form so potential cooperating brokers will be aware of the extent of the services the listing broker will provide to the seller(s), and any potential for cooperating brokers being asked to provide some or all of these services to listing brokers' clients, prior to initiating efforts to show or sell the property.

The revision includes the following text:

Contact information on an MEO listing must be that of a real estate licensee that is a subscriber of Realcomp, the homeowner or another designated person, however, that if the designated person is a real estate licensee then the real estate licensee must be a subscriber of Realcomp

This policy can be found in Realcomp’s Rules and Regulations manual, page 7.
