With social distancing being a new norm and wide-spread shelter-in-place mandates issued due to COVID-19, businesses across the world have had to respond quickly and shift their energy to adapt. As a result, Remine has been working diligently to develop new features to allow agents the ability to search for and show properties live — while practicing social distancing.

On Wednesday, April 15, Remine launched new Live Open House features, including Remine Live — their live streaming capability built within the Remine Mobile App. Remine Live is exclusively available in Remine Pro, which we provide to you as part of your Realcomp MLS subscription.

One of the great aspects of the Remine Live functions is simplicity … just create, search, and watch!

Additionally, through the application, you as the listing agent can appoint your seller as the co-host of the open house to give her/him the controls to virtually show and talk about the property.

Clients should still plan to direct any questions they have to their agent or to the listing agent (if they are not already working with a REALTOR®) after the showing.
