Realist Enhancement Includes Sell Score Grid & Card Display

On Wednesday, November 18, 2020, Realist was enhanced to include the Sell Score as an available display attribute – both in the search grid and card views.

For agents who are interested in viewing the Sell Score information, it can now be selected by going to Customize Table or Customize Card and selecting the Sell Score attribute located under Sales Information.

Please note that the existing attribute limits still apply – 30 and 3, respectively, for display on the grid and card view.

Benefits

Agents can now add the Sell Score attribute to their table and card views. Previously the Sell Score data was available within the property detail report only. Now the score is readily available to add to the table and card as well. The score helps provide another relevant data point for agents looking to seek out homes that are likely ready to list.
