Realcomp is pleased to announce RCO3® version X (10) from CoreLogic® is now available to Realcomp MLS Subscribers! This version transforms the user experience by combining iconography, navigation, and design improvements.

Discover What’s New:

• Easier Navigation — A clean new header and navigation bar with features right where you’d expect them. A new notifications icon alerts you to important updates, and a new menu under the username provides quick access to personal settings, account information, and help. Additionally, the new navigation allows you to easily switch between the desktop and mobile versions of the RCO3® system. For agents on teams and support personnel, this also allows you to easily switch and impersonate others on your team. Take a video tour of the new navigation.

  
• Concierge Improvements — Alerts of new Concierge matches have also been moved to the new notification center (i.e., the bell icon) for quick and easy access.

• New Map Functionality — After adding a boundary (or more than one -- i.e., zip, city, county, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, etc.) to your map view, you can now select it with the new pointed finger tool () to have it included in your search criteria. Previously, you had to draw these boundaries manually with one of the polygon tools to do this.

  

• New Contacts Module — The system now includes a new Contacts module using best-practice webpage design while maintaining a familiar workflow, so there’s no need for retraining. Tabs and widgets provide better readability and accessibility. Quick Tip: Adding a New Contact in RCO3®/Matrix X.

• Bug Fix – When selecting individual listings from a list of search results and choosing the ShowingTime application to schedule showings, an error would sometimes occur. This version of RCO3® will resolve the error.
