Another question that is being asked about the Docs+ system is why users need to create a transaction before being able to upload a document to their listing. The Docs+ system needs to store any attachment associated with a listing in the transaction folder for that listing. Each transaction folder for a property “houses” all associated attachments for the listing. TransactionDesk had this requirement also but handled the process differently from Docs+.
