At the April meeting, Realcomp Board of Governors approved a new Pending Listing policy.

“The listing price cannot be modified once the status changes to pending without a status change form, signed by the seller, submitted to Realcomp.”

Realcomp's Policy Handbook will be updated and published to include this new policy. This change will be effective Tuesday, June 1, 2021.
