Avoid Disruption of Your Realcomp-Issued SentriLock Lockboxes

Please review the list of Shareholder Boards below. If your board is on the list, you are already affiliated with a board that will continue with Realcomp after January 1, 2024. This means that you may continue using your Realcomp issued SentriLock Lockboxes and will not experience any disruption to your MLS services.

Dearborn Area Board of REALTORS®
Detroit Association of REALTORS®
Eastern Thumb Association of REALTORS®
Grosse Pointe Board of REALTORS®
Lapeer and Upper Thumb Association of REALTORS®
Livingston County Association of REALTORS®
North Oakland County Board of REALTORS®

However, if your board is not on this list, it is important to take action to ensure uninterrupted access to your MLS services and the functionality of your Realcomp issued SentriLock Lockboxes. Effective January 1, 2024, you must be a member of one of the seven boards listed above (primary, secondary or MLS of Choice/Gateway) in order to be eligible to subscribe to Realcomp.

To avoid any disruption, we recommend contacting one of the seven 2024 shareholder boards listed above. They will be able to provide you with information on their fees and services and help you make the necessary arrangements to continue subscribing to Realcomp after January 1, 2024, and continue your access to your Realcomp services and use of the SentriLock Lockboxes issued to you.

Remember, in order to continue serving your clients without interruption, it is essential that you make arrangements with one of our seven 2024 shareholder boards as soon as possible. Please note that it is crucial to act promptly and not wait until December to reach out to the 2024 shareholder boards. By taking action early, you will ensure a smooth transition.

If you decide not to continue your subscription with Realcomp as of January 1, 2024, please be aware that your SentriLock electronic lockboxes distributed by Realcomp, will no longer be operable. In such event, you must remove and return your Realcomp issued lockboxes before the end of this calendar year in order to avoid any disruption of service to you and your clients. Additionally, there is a charge for each lockbox not returned to Realcomp.

We understand that this is a significant change, and we are here to support you during this transition. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to continuing to serve you in the future.
