Important Reminder: Homesnap Pro Retired on October 23, 2023

As you may already be aware, the Homesnap Pro app has been retired by CoStar. Homesnap Pro was acquired by them (in 2020), along with Homes.com (in 2021). Homes.com is the surviving/star app.

When going to the Homesnap app, a message informs users of its replacement by the Homes.com app and prompts them to download the Homes.com app to transfer over their account (with the same login and password).

Realcomp has supported the Homesnap app/website for the last several years by syndicating listings there (with Broker/Agent persmission) and offering MLS Subscribers support on these products. Thus, our need to inform you of this change.

Another MLS app option Realcomp Subscribers have is MLS-Touch, a great replacement app for Homesnap. MLS-Touch provides access to listing content in the Realcomp MLS system. Homes.com is a national brokerage portal which makes access to listings outside of the Realcomp MLS (via IDX) also available.
