Realcomp® understands how important it is for you, a current subscriber, to have continued access to the Realcomp® MLS products and services you have come to know, trust, and rely on for serving your customers and clients. Products and services include access to the RCO3® MLS system, client email notifications (i.e., OneHome), transactions, IDX data feeds and listing syndication, electronic lockboxes, mobile apps, and more.
To continue as a Realcomp Subscriber, be sure to affiliate with a Realcomp® Shareholder before the end of the year. Each one of the Realcomp Boards and Associations offers a comprehensive range of services and benefits – which satisfy the eligibility requirements for a Realcomp subscription. There’s no time like the present to give this your attention!
If you already subscribe to Realcomp® through one of our continuing owner Boards/Associations, you needn’t do anything more. Your eligibility to continue with Realcomp® is all set.
If NOT, and you do nothing before the end of the year to extend your eligibility, your access to Realcomp® will end as of 12/31/23. **We don’t want you to lose out on these services and we certainly don’t want to lose you as a customer**.
